If you are considering downsizing, and thinking of buying a (Residential) Park Home, do pay a visit to Merley Court. Phase 1 in progress, beautifully situated on the outskirts of Wimborne, very easy access to the A31 and lovely coastal locations, also New Forest not far away. This new park offers different size pitches, and a choice of new homes, making it quite unique. We were welcomed by two very friendly and knowledgeable sales consultants, Todd Lowe and Wesley Brown who answered all our questions, and had time for us. Would highly recommend a visit soon.

As our residential park homes are classed as 'mobile homes/chattels', they are exempt from needing an Energy Performance Certificate.

Yes. Site fees are primarily for leasing the land on which your home is located. While you will have full ownership of your home, the park operator retains ownership of the land therefore site fees will apply.

Every plot will be sold with a substantial 6’ x 8’ shed offering plenty of storage. These are to be built of non-combustible materials to ensure full compliance with fire safety regulations.
